What are the different Test King products are available?

At the moment three different Test King products are available:

•  Study Guides (Concepts and Labs)
Gives you the theoretical background and the practical know-how. You download the Study Guide document and use it on your local PC.

•  Questions and Answers
This product should be used as preparation before the exam and comes with a pass guaranteed.
Some Q&A's still lack explanations at the moment. Our goal is to add explanations to all our Q&A products.

The Q&As includes the following:
A) Document. You download, view and print it on your local PC.
B) Testing Engine: Practice the questions in an exam environment.
Note: Testing Engine is not yet available for Case Study Exams.

•  Realistic Labs
Realistic Labs are available for some of our Cisco and Microsoft exams.
These are lab scenarios on how to solve the problems as well as detailed tutorial and lab solutions so that people can practice on their own equipment. They give overview of real router configurations so that you become familiar with the testing environment.

Questions and Answers with Explanations
What does your Q&A with explanations entail?
Our Q&A with explanations contains simulated exam questions with the most accurate answers. Each answer is thoroughly explained, including the incorrect answers. With our Q&A you should be able to pass the certification exam at your first attempt. More information can be found on our products page.

Do all your Q&A include explanations?
No. Our goal is to provide explanations to all our Q&A. There are still some Q&A without explanations.

Can I pass an exam with TestKing Q&A only?
Yes, it is possible. However, we recommend that you use one extra source, such as the TestKing StudyGuide, to provide the theoretical background and the practical hands-on experience.

Study Guides
What exactly is in your StudyGuides?
All of our StudyGuides are designed to ensure that you have the required knowledge to pass the exams on the first attempt. They consist of detailed explanations of the concepts that are tested in the exam as well as a labs section where you can learn the practical implementation of concepts. Is it possible to extend the update period of an expired product?
Expired products can be repurchased at 50% discount from within your member zone.

How often are your products updated?
Our products are reviewed and updated on a continuous basis. The certification vendors often change the skills being tested in the exams, so we frequently change our study guides to accurately reflect the current exams.

How do I pay for the products?
There are currently three ways to pay. Most customers use online payment with credit card. If no credit card is available Bank Wire or Western Union Money Transfer can also be used.

•  Online using credit card. This is the most frequent payment method. It is fast. The purchased products will immediately be available for download. There is no extra charge.

•  Bank wire. We only accept bank wire for larger purchases, typically at least 5 products. There will be some delay, typically between 3 and 8 days for the bank wire to come through.

Which credit cards does Testking accept?
We accept most major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American, Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club International, and Cartre Blanche.

Is my Credit Card Information secure at your site?
Absolutely. Secure it guaranteed by our Credit Card Processor PAYPAL

I am hesitant about buying things online. How secure is your site?
Security of our customer's confidential information is of utmost importance to us. We therefore use a trusted third party vendor as our card processor. All of your credit card information is processed through them on their secure network. We never see any of your confidential information and no confidential information about you is never stored anywhere on our server

Do you share your customer information database with any third parties?
At Test King we hate spam mail as much as everyone else, and we respect your right to privacy. Therefore we will never share any information about our customers with a third-party. The only email you will receive will come from us, and you can inform us at anytime if you want to be removed from our mail list

How do I make an online purchase?
Select the appropriate products from the TestKing products page. Add them to your shopping cart. Select Purchase Items. Enter credit card information and finish the purchase. If this is the first purchase at TestKing and you are not a registered user, you will be register yourself at TestKing. After the purchase the products can be accessed from your Member Zone. If you want more detailed instructions mail sales@testking.ws

I have made an online purchase. Were are the purchased products?
The purchased products are available at your member zone. Here is the procedure to download your product:

•  Click on Login (to the left).
Note: If there is just a Member zone link you would not be required to enter e-mail and password.

Do I receive a receipt?
Yes, you receive an order confirmation e-mail for every purchase. The order confirmation e-mail is the receipt. The receipt is also stored in your member zone for easy access.
